Paradise Gold Leatherwood Honey (Eucryphia-lucida) is a uniquely flavoured honey produced from the flowers of the native Leatherwood Tree that only grows in Tasmania, Australia.

Produced in the world’s most pristine environment of the Cradle Coast in the ancient temperate Tarkine Rainforest of Tasmania, which hasn’t changed since the age of the Dinosaurs.

Leatherwood Honey is Tasmania’s premier honey and has a distinctive taste that is clean and fresh with hints of balsamic and spice.

It is creamy, buttery and low in acidity and simply melts in your mouth with an explosion of unique spicy flavour that is unlike any other honey.

It is also great to use in cooking.
