Tarkine Rainforest – Tasmania

Nestled in the North-West corner of Tasmania – Australia’s Island State, the beautiful Tarkine Rainforest is famous for its clean environment, fresh air and pure water.

Unlike many places in the world, the Tarkine remains a hidden treasure and a forgotten wilderness with an uninterrupted 477,000 hectares holding ancient relics, both plants and animals, dating back thousands of years.

Not only is it home to the largest temperate rainforest in Australia and second largest in the world, but it is alive with unique creatures and habitats not found anywhere else.
