Blue Gum honey is a rare honey found in southern Tasmania usually on flowering many years apart it’s a light honey with a rich flavour, very sort after.
Pepermint Gum Honey also known as Black Pepermint, its mainly found in northern Tasmania. The Honey is a medium Amber in colour taste like most eucalyptus with a cool refreshing sweet taste, with several years between flowering.
